  • While we can appreciate your desire to invest in the skills of a member before you determine on a disciplinary course of action, our classes are not ideally suited for correcting behaviors. We do appreciate it, however, if you strongly encourage someone to attend a class in order to support their skill improvement.

  • STEP runs regular culinary job training programs throughout the year. Please send all current open positions, and anticipated openings to us at [email protected]. We will also reach out to you to gain an understanding of your priorities for your positions, including skills, language requirements, and other attributes that you particularly require for new hires.

  • With advance notice, STEP can help facilitate job fairs if you have substantial hiring needs, by partnering with workforce development organizations and community partners. We can hold application and resumé workshops, and/or add shorter classes to our calendar to help you fill customer-facing positions.
