AllerTrain Lite is the nation’s leading ANSI-accredited food allergy and gluten-free training course designed for all food handlers.

AllerTrain Lite teaches employees how to safely interact with and serve diners who have special dietary needs. Dietary concerns we cover are food allergies, intolerances and Celiac disease. Upon completion of the training, students will understand allergen-control in the front of the house, back of the house and in emergencies as well as understand what gluten-free really means!

At the end of the course, students will have the opportunity to take a 12-question final assessment. After passing the test students will be given an ANSI-accredited certificate that is valid for 5 years.

It is highly recommended that students who attend this class also take the ServSafe Food Handler course, which will be offered at 12:00 pm in the same location.
