This one week class runs Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
It is a hands-on class that will focus on introductory cooking, kitchen culture, barista basics, and customer service.

It will include the Servsafe food handler and Allertrain certifications.

The goal when the class is over will be to gain an entry-level unionized job in the local food service industry.
