Event Details

This six-week class runs Monday-Friday from 9am-3:30 pm.
It is a hands-on class that will focus on cooking basics, kitchen culture, and customer service.
The goal when the class is over will be to gain a unionized job in the local food service industry.

Students will also receive the ServSafe food handler and AllerTrain certifications.
