Over the course of 4, 3-hour sessions we will learn mixing methods, pastry techniques, and decorative tricks that can be applied to more than just the holiday season.

Classes are from 5:00-8:30 pm on: Dec 4, Dec 5, Dec 11, and Dec 12.  You should plan on attending all four sessions.
