Event Details

This course consists of two 7-hour sessions, with breaks, for a total of 12 hours of instruction. You MUST attend both days.
This nationally recognized, manager level course covers food safety, including: Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination, Allergens, Time/Temperature, Cleaning, and Sanitation.

After the class, students will have the opportunity to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Examination, a 90-question proctored exam. Students must achieve at least a 75% score to receive the ServSafe Manager Certification. The ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness. Individuals that successfully pass the exam will receive a ServSafe Manager Certification and wallet card. The ServSafe Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards.
