Claire Kevill

Lead Hospitality & English Instructor

Claire Kevill joined STEP in 2016, taking the lead on the development and instruction of our ESOL, team work, and customer service classes. For the past 20 years, Claire has worked teaching ESOL, drawing upon extensive experience working in the hospitality and services industry, both in the US, and globally. She has held management positions, and implemented and developed training programs for front line staff. Claire earned her Certificate in English Language Teaching of Adults (CELTA) from Cambridge University (2013), and MBA in Hospitality (2005) and a Diploma in Management Studies (2003) from Oxford Brookes University. She currently sits on the Academic Advisory Board of the Washington English Center.
