Rebecca Rivera Aldrett

Administrative Strategist

At the core of Rebecca’s work is a simple belief: meaningful change starts with listening. She is passionate about understanding what communities—particularly those whose voices are often overlooked—actually need and finding practical ways to support them. She brings a wealth of international experience to her role, having driven key operational and engagement initiatives for the U.S. Department of State, the Organization of American States, and the Permanent Mission of Honduras to the United Nations.

Rebecca holds an M.A. in International Affairs from The New School (a shared alma mater with our Director!) and a B.A. in Political Science from UT–Rio Grande Valley. Outside of work, this English/Spanish speaker –and aspiring Amharic speaker– can be found reading memoirs, trying local restaurants, and collecting unique trinkets.
